The Ministry of Health (Minsa) reported that, starting this Wednesday, the WhatsApp option assigned to the virtual assistant/chatbotROSA is suspended.

The service through the ROSA (Automatic Health Operational Response) platform will continue on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter Messenger and Telegram.

ROSA WhatsApp asked some questions, to consider whether it was necessary to be seen by a doctor virtually, and the doctor in turn determined whether the person needed the rapid response team at home or the ambulance service.
