After two years of research led by the Institute for the Training and Use of Human Resources (Ifarhu), the final report on the needs of human resources in the country was presented.
The document highlights 137 needs training of human resources, among which emphasis is placed on the areas linked to the Health and Social Welfare, and to the Agricultural Sciences.
The Report also identified the need to mainstream the English language in the training of professionals who are trained in universities and study centers in our country.
Among the human resource training needs identified are those related to artificial intelligence, planning of livestock farms, specialist in social research, supply chain management, electric vehicle technology, tourist advisors, quality and improvement of education, among others. .
Official and private universities, business associations, government institutions, businessmen and workers participated in the preparation of this Report, which identifies the country’s human resource needs, with a view to strengthening these areas with the training of professionals who fill said weaknesses. .
