Herlinda Almidón’s list from Peru Libre, which participated in internal elections, was left out of the competition.

Likewise, for the Provincial Municipality of Huancavelica, half of the electoral lists were left out of the race.
The plates that will no longer be able to participate in these elections are those led by Belsa Vicenta Escobar Quispe (Faith in Peru); Brando Boza Ccoyllar (Purple Party) and Víctor Francisco Matamoros Rodrigo (Free Peru).

In other words, the only lists that managed to be registered are those of Guillermo Quispe Torres (Working for Everyone); Rodolfo Jaime Ortíz Zuasnabar (Water) and Toribio Wilfredo Castro Cornejo (Ayni); These three are inadmissible.
A total of 96 lists participated in internal elections, of which only 77 managed to register their candidacy, leaving 19 lists out of the elections.
