The officer, 39, who was driving while intoxicated, according to witnesses; At the time of the crash, he was presented before Judge Rolando Sanarrusia, of the Sixth Criminal District Court of Hearing of Managua, charged with the crimes of homicide and exposure of persons.

According to the official media El 19 Digital, the court read before the defendant and the Prosecutor’s Office, the facts for which Flores is being accused, in addition to reading the decision of the preliminary hearing in the case filed against him.
During the preliminary hearing, Sanarrusia admitted the facts and imposed preventive detention on the police agent of the Daniel Ortega dictatorship, based on the circumstances of the facts.
The initial hearing will be held on June 27 in the Managua courts. In images released by official media, it is possible to observe the subject with injuries to his left hand, but his face intact, after the spectacular accident that caused, Dr. Herrera Chávez lost his life.
