At the end of December 2, 28 million 592 thousand 611 doses administered with the Cuban anti-COVID-19 vaccines Soberana 02, Soberana Plus and Abdala have accumulated in Cuba, the Ministry of Public Health (Minsap) reported today.
According to the Minsap report, to date 10 million 188 thousand 084 people have received at least one dose, including those vaccinated with Soberana Plus as a single dose, and of them they already have a second dose, nine million 234 thousand 167, and a third dose eight million 763 thousand 613.
82.9% of the Cuban population, nine million 270 thousand 769 citizens, have the complete vaccination scheme, adds the information, published on the website of the health entity.
It highlights that a total of 406 thousand 747 already have anti-COVID-19 booster doses; Of these, some 63,392 are part of the Clinical Study and 343,355 belong to the population of selected territories and risk groups.
As part of the mass vaccination process, 18 million 190 thousand 293 doses have been administered in the country; related to health intervention, 9 million 618 thousand 396; to the intervention study, 454 thousand 064; and to clinical trials, 266 thousand 466.
