The plenary of constitutional Court (TC), presided over by magistrate Augusto Ferrero Costa, will hold in the city of Arequipa its first decentralized public hearing. The event is scheduled for Thursday, June 23.
The constitutional body reported that the session will begin at 9:30 am under face-to-face and remote modalities. In this sense, the lawyers of both parties will have to present in their briefs requesting an oral report what modality they will use for their presentations.
That same day at 7:00 pm a ceremony will be held in which the magistrates of the constitutional Court in front of the political, judicial, regional, academic authorities and other personalities of this region.

Next, on Friday, June 24, the Arequipa Bar Association (CAA) will be in charge of recognizing the tribunes within the framework of the XXVI anniversary of the constitutional Court. This will take place from 10:30 am in the convention center of the aforementioned venue.
The Plenary of the TC is made up of the president Augusto Ferrero-Costa and judges Francisco Morales Saravia, Gustavo Gutiérrez Ticse, Helder Domínguez Haro, Luz Pacheco Zerga, Manuel Monteagudo Valdez and César Ochoa Cardich.
As recalled, the new magistrates of the constitutional Court they were elected by the plenary session of Congress on May 10, after a process that could not complete the last two parliamentary conformations.
