One subject killed and two arrested is the preliminary result of an operation where a kidnapping victim was rescued in El Callao, Bolívar.
Agents from the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) and the General Directorate of Military Counterintelligence (Dgcim) acted in the procedure, who were deployed in the Belén sector of the aforementioned Bolivarian municipality.
In the place, the military confronted members of the criminal group El Chingón, one of whom was killed. It is there that Gustavo Daniel Chacin Gourmeitter is rescued and two members of the kidnapping group identified as Ermis Rafael Ferrer Pérez and Lusimar del Carmen Martínez Picetti are arrested.
At the scene, the military commission collected a Pietro Beretta model 92FS pistol, caliber 9mm, with no visible serial number, a blue Chevrolet Optra vehicle, license plate CVC-23N, and two telephone sets.
The procedure was notified to the Public Ministry.
