Although the president requests permission from the justice system to make each trip, the victims of the ARA San Juan denounce that the president “gets what he wants” from the court that is carrying out the investigation.
Carreras pointed out that the defense of the former president “not only obtains everything he asks for, but also obtains it in record time, even on Saturday night”, therefore, they will file a complaint against Judge Julián Ercolini, who is handling the case.
“We are not silent anymore, Judge Ercolini works for Mauricio Macri. We knew it but now it has been proven. On Saturday 06-18-2022 from 8:15 p.m. to 9:20 p.m., the Federal judge agreed to a new request from the defendant for illegal espionage,” the victims pointed out.
