Fabiola’s disappearance was reported on June 17, after she was last seen leaving her home in Ahome, Los Mochis; she was going to the place where her son was taking karate classes.
Through surveillance cameras it was possible to know part of the journey of the young teacher, who after going to a pharmacy went to the Center.
According to preliminary reports, a suspect involved in Fabiola’s murder has already been arrested.
The Mochis Faculty of Engineering, of the Autonomous University of Sinaloa, offered its condolences for the death of the young woman to her family.

Teresa Guerra Ochoa, Secretary of Women in Sinaloa, affirmed that there is a commitment from the State Government to clarify what happened in the case of Fabiola.
I am very sorry for the murder of Fabiola Vianey Leyva López. My total solidarity to the family.
Clarification and justice is a commitment of the Government of Sinaloa.
