The long weekend has started and, although many people will go on a trip, some will have to check the weather in advance to spend the rest days, since the National Metereological Service (NMS) launched an alert in several provinces.
In accordance with the organismthere will be intense rains, storms and strong winds in the provinces of the center and south of the country, areas in which the National Metereological Service issued a yellow alert.
According to him National Metereological Service, the winds will reach more than 60 kilometers per hour (K/h), especially in the coastal area of the province of Buenos Aires, except for the northern zone and the province of La Pampa.
For its part, in the province of Misiones there is an alert for the arrival of rains and storms, even the fall of hail can be recorded. This will affect areas such as the north of Guaraní, San Pedro, the upper area of General Manuel Belgrano and Montecarlo.
“Possible meteorological phenomena with the capacity for damage and risk of momentary interruption of daily activities,” warned the agency, who also noted that the storms will spread throughout this Friday.
Meanwhile, in the province of Santa Cruz, the east of Chubut and the east of Río Negro, in addition to Ushuaia, there will be winds from the southwest with speeds of between 60 and 80 kilometers per hour, with gusts that could exceed 90 K / h. .
The NMSIn addition, he explained that “accumulated precipitation values between 20 and 50 millimeters of water are expected”, so mobility problems may also arise due to heavy rains.
