Three alleged members of the poster Jalisco New Generation (CJNG) were detained by elements of the Navy and the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) in Guadalajara and Zapopan, Jalisco, for their alleged participation in the kidnapping of two sailors, registered last month
One of them, identified as Manuel N
, is singled out for being one of the probable material culprits of the plagiarism, perpetrated in retaliation for the recapture of Rosalínda González Valencia, partner of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, leader of the CJNG, For failing to comply with the precautionary measures issued by the court where she is prosecuted for the crime of operations with resources of illicit origin.
Federal government sources indicated that the alleged perpetrator was arrested while riding in a car in Zapopan. Two Navy helicopters and several armed vehicles participated in the operation, with elements carrying long weapons and armored vests. They also searched two homes in the Jardines Alcalde neighborhood, in Guadalajara, in one of which they rescued a kidnapped person and two other possible members of the CJNG.
