The Judicial Council approved this Thursday the lists of candidates for judges of three contests to turn to the Executive Power and managed to elect, by consensus, the authorities of the commissions, essential to function and that will have a mandate until November.
The nineteen counselors, plus the president of the Court and also of the Council, Horacio Rosatti, managed to approve the short lists of contests 423, 427 and 428, to fill vacant positions in Civil, Family and Minors justice.
The original idea was to approve about ten short lists for contests with internal consensus but it was finally agreed to postpone the treatment at the request of the counselors who entered in April and did not have time to study the files.
Regarding the authorities of the commissionsthe counselors arrived at the plenary session this Thursday -broadcast live through a digital platform-, with an agreement reached so that the vice of the body is the representative of the lawyers Carlos Matterson, the head of “Accusation” the deputy of the PRO Pablo Tonelli and the “Discipline” senator from the Front of All (FdT), María Pilatti.
