After completing his first official visit to Kuwait, the Head of State stressed that the objective is to continue cooperating in strengthening the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), as well as in strengthening OPEC Plus
The President of the Republic announced on Tuesday that Kuwait and Venezuela will activate a Joint Commission for cooperation in political, diplomatic, financial, commercial, tourism, energy and agricultural matters.
This was reported at the end of his official visit to the State of Kuwait.
“It has been a very intense, profitable agenda that leaves good results for Venezuela and for Kuwait,” he said upon leaving the Arab country, at the International Airport of the State of Kuwait, in the Farwaniya governorate.
He stressed that the goal is to continue cooperating in the field of oil and gas and in strengthening the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), as well as the consolidation of OPEC Plus.
