In the statement, FANCAP strongly rejects the public statements made by the INAU president, Pablo Abdala, “who assigned serious responsibilities” to the union regarding the situation that the Capurro Initial Education Center is going through.
“Although workers from ANCAP and even FANCAP participated in the cooperative that was initially created, as in the civil association that was formed later, the ANCAP Federation never had any type of link that generated obligations or responsibilities in this regard,” the union clarified. of the energy entity.
It also states: “The only link with the CCEI – Capurro has been one of solidarity, as we do with multiple organizations in the popular field with which we feel especially committed, from that point of view, whenever we were asked for a hand, FANCAP responded ”.
FANCAP assures that Abdala, as a representative of the government, is carrying out, with his statements, “an action of serious political irresponsibility.” Given this, the union has entrusted its legal area to initiate the corresponding legal actions.
