It details that on June 14, 2020, Suárez showed aggressive behavior and, in the middle of an argument, pointed a firearm at Martínez.

The conduct of Omar Suárez was described by the Public Ministry as a violation of articles 295 and 304, paragraph II, of the Penal Code Dominican.
