The Cicpc arrested two subjects identified as alleged rapists of a high school student. Those captured are: José Benigno Carrillo Borges (28) and Echarrys Eduardo González Valera (18) who allegedly kidnapped a 13-year-old girl on June 2 when she went to the high school where she studies located in the Lomas del Morro sector, San Juan de los Morros, capital of Guarico.
After the capture of the subjects, the victim was rescued last Thursday in Villa de Cura (Aragua) “in deplorable conditions, had injuries to her body and confessed that her captors did not provide her with food, in addition to sexually abusing her for several hours,” according to the Cicpc.
