An analysis by the Financial Superintendence indicates that despite the Colombian economy is recovering there are risks such as the conflict in Ukraine that can generate inflation, the new covid outbreaks in China and the effect on value chains and markets, the rise in rates worldwide and especially in the US, as well as in the country.

The Superfinanciera says that these elements have exacerbated some risks in the Colombian financial system.
But he says that the dynamism of domestic demand and favorable financial conditions will allow not only mitigate the impact of these shocks.

The document reviews the main channels affecting the financial system for this year and mentions credit risk, market risk, non-financial risks, subscription risk, related to the increase in the cost of inputs for the payment of indemnities in different branches of insurance and environmental risks.
