In an email addressed to its clients, the bank explained that it will review all its servers, after complaints in the last week of May due to the system crash.
Due to the above, HSBC asked its customers to plan their expenses, since online payment options cannot be used, in addition to the fact that the withdrawal of money will not be available at ATMs.
Services will be suspended from 1:30 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. on Sunday. Although the maintenance will be done at dawn, HSBC asked to take precautions in case it is intended to make a purchase during that period.
The banking institution explained that the goal of maintenance is to ensure that its products and services are available at any time.
