President Iván Duque confirmed that in the next few days, Leison Jiménez Mosquera, an ELN guerrilla dedicated to the manufacture of submersible devices for drug trafficking to various countries around the world.

It is worth mentioning that Jiménez was captured by the National Army on November 14, in the municipality of Medio San Juan (Chocó).

According to the authorities, the man was in charge of criminal logistics in the department of Chocó and had five years of experience shipping narcotics to the United States and Europe.
