The Second Civil Court of Apurímac, in charge of Judge Roger Choque Ripa, admitted for processing the demand for compliance action filed by citizen Mateo Ccerare Pariona against the Constitution Commission of Congress, chaired by the Fujimori Patricia Juarezso that a project of total reform of the Magna Carta is elaborated.
Ccerare Pariona asks that the provisions of Law 27600 be complied with, with which the signature of former dictator Alberto Fujimori was suppressed from the Constitution.
“Compliance with the Constitution and Regulations Commission of the Congress of the Republic, within 3 days, propose a bill for the total reform of the Political Constitution of the State, taking into account the text of the 1979 Constitution, in compliance with the Article 2 of Law 27600″, requires.

The court is also requested to order that within the same period a schedule of “national debate” be approved, as well as a schedule of academic events and/or forums and/or talks, with wide dissemination and discussion of the proposals for constitutional change, in compliance to article 3 of Law 27600″.
This resolution was issued on June 8 of this month and establishes a period of 10 days for the working group chaired by Juárez Gallegos to respond to the lawsuit.
Finally, Judge Roger Choque Ripa scheduled the single hearing in which the enforcement action claim will be evaluated for August 15, 2022.
