The Cicpc arrested a man who allegedly killed his friend with a firearm. In this case, the detainee is identified as Neris Argenis Sánchez Fuentes (44), while the murdered person was Oswaldo José Pinto Saavedra (47), reported the director of the scientific police, Douglas Rico, during the Cicpc al Día program, broadcast last monday by Radio Miraflores.
Neris and Oswaldo were drinking alcoholic beverages on May 29 at the El Refugio farm, located in the El Caruto sector, Ricaurte municipality (Libertad), Cojedes.
In the middle of the drinks an argument arose and that is when Neris took out a 12-gauge shotgun. Both struggled and in that circumstance “Pinto was shot,” Rico said.
Observing his badly injured friend, Neris chose to transfer him to a health center. On the way, Oswaldo died and Neris decided to leave the body on the road near the Caño Hondo sector of the aforementioned Cojedeño municipality.
When the Cicpc agents arrested Neris, they seized a straw-type shotgun, caliber 12 mm; the Ford F-150 vehicle, pick up type, plates 735-LAJ, means used in the perpetration of the homicide, highlighted the director of the Cicpc.

In another Cicpc procedure, they managed to capture two individuals for their alleged participation in the kidnapping of an Asian merchant. The detainees are: Ronald Alberto Fuenmayor González (33) and Miguel Ángel Vásquez Figueroa (31), members of the El Adriancito group.
The victim, Víctor Ho NG Zheng (21), was kidnapped on May 22 in Santa Rita (Zulia). His rescue occurred last Friday, according to information published on the Cicpc networks. At the time of being kidnapped, the subjects injured the merchant’s mother, according to the police version.
The authorities are looking for Adriancito and his collaborators in this kidnapping: Brayan Gabriel Gauna Gauna and Manuel Alberto Alizo Parra.
