Subcommittee on Constitutional Accusations will see the qualification report against Dina Boluarte tomorrow

The of You will see this Friday the qualification report on the complaints filed against the Vice President of the Republic and Minister of Development and Social Inclusion, Dina Boluarte, for the alleged crimes of abuse of authority, incompatible negotiation and omission of functional acts, and for an alleged infraction to three articles of the Constitution.

This was announced by the head of the working group, Rosío Torres, from who added that if requests are not submitted for the inclusion of new evidence against Boluarte, today at noon the subcommission’s agenda for tomorrow’s session, scheduled for 11:00 am, will be published.

The report declares admissible the complaint made by (Avanza País) and Javier Padilla (Popular Renovation), after the Comptroller’s report was made public, determining that the head of Development and Social Inclusion had violated article 126 of the Constitution for having signed documents as president of the Apurímac Departmental Club , while serving as head of the Midis.

Likewise, it declares admissible the constitutional complaint 269 of the congresswomen Norma Yarrow, Adriana Tudela and Patricia Chirinos for alleged violation of articles 38 and 126 of the Constitution and the alleged crimes of omission, refusal or delay of functional acts, and incompatible negotiation or use improper charge.

Meanwhile, the same document proposes to declare the alleged crime of abuse of authority inadmissible. If the group chaired by Torres approves the validity of said conclusions, the document will be sent to the so that it assigns a term for the investigations. If this stage passes, it will go to a vote in the plenary session of Parliament.
