The increase in coronavirus infections does not stop. The country opens the week with 1,087 cases of coronavirus and 10 deaths.

The report from the Ministry of Health and Sports shows that Santa Cruz continues to be the most affected region.

The eastern region has 663 infected; Cochabamba, 133; La Paz, 34; Chuquisaca, 47; Tarija, 151; Beni, 20; Pando, 30; Oruro, six and Potosí, three.

“In the same way, the report of 10 people who died this day had to be regretted, while the fatality rate of the fourth wave shows the figure of 0.8%,” an institutional bulletin reviews. The total death toll is 19,171.

Likewise, the report shows that 36,183 doses of the anticovid vaccine were applied throughout the national territory.
