Claims period begins June 7

According to the Servel, “the objective of this publication is that people can corroborate the information contained in the electoral rolls and present their objections within the term that the law considers for it,” they indicated in the statement.

“In situations where people consider that they were unjustifiably omitted from these electoral rolls, they can claim, between June 7 and 16, before the Regional Electoral Court (TER) of their electoral domicile,” they added. The TER list is available here.

“Furthermore, any natural person, political party or candidate may submit claims regarding voters unfoundedly omitted from the register or who appear with erroneous data, and request the exclusion of whoever appears on it in contravention of the law. These claims must be submitted to the corresponding TER to the domicile of the elector about which it is claimed,” they added.
