In a new audio, the president of Congress, María del Carmen Alva, once again refers to the head of state and He states that he has no way to defend himself and that he is alone. He points out that Pedro Castillo’s intention is to get the people to kick them out of Parliament, as happened with Manuel Merino, who resigned due to pressure from the street.
Alva also refers to the fact that at that time the Armed Forces were with Martín Vizcarra; however, he points out, today things are different since they have the support of the armed institutions for a possible dismissal of the head of state.
The President of the Congress rejected the audio for being illegally recorded, out of context, and edited. But the constitutionalist Omar Cairo argued that, by saying that they have the support of the Armed Forces, Alva has committed a constitutional violation.
YOU CAN SEE: What does the new broadcast audio of María del Carmen Alva say about Pedro Castillo?
In the Legislative, Guillermo Bermejo (PD) considered Alva’s attitude worrying for being a continuous behavior, which began with his statements in the Spanish Congress, then the “seditious” meeting in a hotel in Miraflores. “These days is proof that they have a plan.” He indicated that Alva’s assertion about the Armed Forces deserves a forceful response from these institutions. His caucus, Democratic Peru, has called for his resignation.
Instead, Carlos Anderson believed that this audio is part of a campaign to forget the audios with Zamir Villaverde about corruption. “This is a very clear distraction that they do not want to talk about the audios that show corruption at the highest level, with the president’s secretary, the favorite minister they couldn’t take out and the nephews,” he said.

Textual. President of Congress, Maricarmen Alva, from AP.
(Pedro Castillo) is fed up. He doesn’t want to go to Congress, he has no way to defend himself, he is alone, he is shit. What he wants is to pretend that the people take us out, just like (Manuel) Merino, does he understand me? Why did Merino resign if it was constitutional? Due to pressure from the street!”
They want to close the Congress, because we are here. Before, the Armed forces photos were taken with Vizcarra because they were with him, we already know that. But now the Armed Forces are with us.
