A guarantee control judge sent the five captured for the murder of Paraguayan prosecutor Marcelo Pecci to a prison center on May 10 in the Baru beach, Cartagena.
It should be remembered that four of them accepted charges for aggravated homicide and illegal possession of weapons, minutes before the court decision.

That’s the way it is, Francisco Luis Correa Galeano cataloged as the mastermind of the crime and who did not accept charges, in addition to Cristian Camilo Monsalve, Eiverson Adrian Zabaleta, Marisol Londoño Bedoya and Wendre Still Scott were sent to jail.
Four of those arrested are of Colombian nationality and one is Venezuelan. Likewise, the authorities would be on the trail of a sixth person involved.
It should be remembered that Pecci was murdered while enjoying his honeymoon with his wife, Paraguayan journalist Claudia Aguilerawhom he had married in Asunción on April 30 and I was expecting a child.

The 45-year-old prosecutor was investigating cases of drug trafficking and organized crime. His murder, committed by a hitman who arrived on a jet ski at the hotel beach Decameron where the couple was staying, shocked Paraguayan society.
