The Conduct Court of the Colorado Party, chaired by Dr. Gustavo Cazal, released its resolution number 03/2022 through which they resolve to confirm the expulsion and exclusion from the Party Register of Mrs. Cynthia Elizabeth Tarragó with ID 1,464,359.
The document of the Court says that having seen the written request for full rehabilitation and recovery of status as a citizen affiliated with the Colorado Party presented by Mrs. Cynthia Tarrago and considering that the Conduct Court of the ANR has issued resolution 03/2019, which establishes exclusion from the party register, due to serious misconduct, which violates the Statutes and the Code of Ethics of our Association.
And it adds that the honorable traditions of the Party establish the quality of members that support its republican ideals and in response to the analysis of Mrs. Tarrago’s request for recovery and rehabilitation of the membership status, the Court of Conduct notes in its presentation brief that did not accompany any document that shows that the serious misconduct for which she was excluded have disappeared, therefore the Court of Conduct confirms the expulsion and exclusion of the same from the party registry and decides to notify the appellant, the Party Electoral Court and the Board of government.
