The Dominican Agrarian Institute (IAD) and the San Valero Dominican Foundation (Fundosva) work to raise the level of training of the farmers and their families.
To this end, they signed an inter-institutional cooperation agreement, which seeks to contribute to the socio-economic and educational-cultural development process carried out by the governing institution of the Agrarian Reform. The event took place on the premises of the Aragón Institute, established in Los Guaricanos, in the municipality of Santo Domingo Norte, in the province of Santo Domingo.
As reported by way of a press release, the agreement is given by the will and commitment existing between the heads of the IAD and Fundosva, Francisco Guillermo García and José René Frías Febrillet, respectively, who agree to join forces for the implementation of each program jointly for the good of the country, farmers and students.
Speaking prior to the signing of the agreement, García referred to the phrase repeated by the believers that “God’s time is perfect”, for which he hoped that both the IAD and Fundosva would reap the best results from the work to be carried out by joint way.
Similarly, Frías Febrillet thanked the official for the presence at the foundation’s headquarters, as well as his entourage, with the criterion that a “win-win” relationship had begun.
For such purposes, Fundosva will impart a variety of courses, diplomas, workshops, conferences, video-conferences, as well as customer service for the IAD’s middle-management collaborators, processes that will help raise the educational levels of the farmers of the Agrarian Reform and improve the communication of the servers that have direct dealings with them. The IAD will offer internships to Fundosva students and both entities will organize training activities together.
