On May 25, at nine in the morning, in the prosecutor’s office Karla Zecenarro Mongewe proceeded to the transcription of the audio of the conversation between Zamir Villaverde Garcia and the former Minister of Transport and Communications, Juan Silva Villegason November 4, 2021, as stated in the minutes signed and sealed by the prosecutor in the case.
In the same document to which you had access The Republicthere is also recognition of the voice of Zamir Villaverde and the former minister Juan Silva, who at said meeting would have received “one hundred grand” or US$100,000 from the businessman as an alleged bribe. It would be indicated that Villaverde himself, as part of the effective collaboration process, delivered the audio on November 4, 2021.
The record of the transcription and the voice recognition confirm that the recording exists in the file of the prosecutor Karla Zecenarro, who sent the document to the Prosecutor of the Nation, Pablo Sánchezso that it proceeds according to its attributions.

Therefore, it is false the version that the transcription of the audio between Juan Silva and Zamir Villaverde “is not official” or that it has been a “fabrication” to attribute false charges against the former Minister of Transport and Communications.
The transcript is legitimate and its content confirms what effective collaborators had revealed to prosecutor Karla Zecenarro: the close link between Juan Silva and Zamir Villaverde, and the negotiations of million-dollar contracts for public works of the Provías Nacional and Provías Descentralizado agencies.
The dialogue also confirms that Zamir Villaverde was in contact with Chinese construction companies and their Peruvian partners, who paid bribes to obtain privileged contracts, a version that the effective collaborator karelim lopez.

Between August and December 2021, at the time that Juan Silva and Zamir Villaverde held clandestine meetings, both in his MTC office and in the former’s apartment, three Chinese construction companies were awarded the seven projects for S/ 804.5 million.
In the conversation with Silva, Villaverde mentions that a couple were on the way contracts with “two Chinese”which actually happened.
