Domingo Pérez on Congress’s refusal to disqualify Pedro Chávarry: “It’s a shield”
The prosecutor José Domingo Pérez described the recent decision of the Parliament and highlighted that there is evidence so that Pedro Chávarry can be disqualified from public office.
