Likewise, he indicated that in Venezuela, with a view to continuing to transform education, “the 3R.NETS are being applied and we are preparing a survey, together with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (Unesco), to know the opinion of all the expressions of our communities and, likewise, we are transforming all the structures of the ministry, to make it more flexible and adapt to the new era”, he pointed out.

The Meeting of Ministers of Education of Latin America and the Caribbean is the highest authority of the regional cooperation mechanism, according to the scheme defined at the Second Meeting of Ministers held in Cochabamba, Bolivia, in 2018.

Various nations come together with the aim of raising their voices, for the guarantee of inclusive, equitable and quality education, and thus promote learning opportunities throughout life.
