PLRA proposes to return the lists to the Judicial Council

José “Pakova” Ledesma, national senator for the PLRA, expressed in an interview with 730 AM that the PLRA is going to analyze with legal advisers the position they will take with respect to the short lists defined by the Judicial Council.

“Once it goes to the Senate we will discuss the issue,” he said.

Ledesma stated that the ideal is to return the shortlists and not reject them. Since this would allow a rapid modification by the Judicial Council. On the other hand, if a rejection occurs, said Council must inevitably restart the process.

“According to those who understand the matter, returning means that the Council can change or send the same list. If it is rejected, the contest will be organized again. The word give back would be the healthiest thing,” he said.
