This Friday, November 26, the National Superior Court (CSN) made official that the Third Collegiate Criminal Court will be the one that will be in charge of the oral trial against former president Ollanta Humala Tasso, who was accused of money laundering in connection with the Odebrecht case. Along with him will go other 15 people, between natural and legal, who have also been accused of the same crime; this was communicated by the CSN.
“The Third Collegiate Criminal Court of the CSN will be the one in charge of the oral trial against former president Ollanta Humala and 15 other individuals, both natural and legal, accused of the crime of money laundering, ”the National Superior Court’s Twitter account reads.
The CSN’s decision was announced through the extraordinary judicial discharge session. As indicated, so far there is no exact date for the oral trial and a determination is expected in the coming weeks.

Likewise, in the pronouncement it was reported that the oral trial will be made up of judges Nayko Coronado, Salazar, Raúl Caballero Laura and Max Vengoa Valdiglesias.
It should be noted that on the last November 17, The Judicial Power issued a resolution of self-prosecution against the former president and his wife Nadine Heredia, as well as other characters who are related to those mentioned.
Names like Ilan Alarcón Heredia, Nadine’s brother; Antonia Alarcón, his mother; and Rocío Calderón Vinatea, a close friend of the former first lady, were also included.
