After failing in his attempt to get the results of the second presidential round to be annulled with the pretext of a false electoral fraud, various ultra-right groups inspired by Fujimori have simultaneously undertaken actions of social destabilization and violence against politicians who oppose them, as a prelude to the march called for November 27 with the purpose of claiming the vacancy of the President Pedro Castillo.
On Wednesday, for example, Panamericana TV broadcast a video where Martha moyano, congressman from Fuerza Popular, during a meeting with the transporters unions. She is listened to inciting them to block tolls in protest and “cause the chaos of history.”
“Imagine that with all the buses and transports they stop at the tolls and simply do not pass, and a whole vehicle chaos is generated. It would be a huge protest! I do it as a proposal, I hope they can take it ”, said the parliamentarian.

Likewise, the fujimorista proposed to the transporters that they use their own vehicles to block roads and tolls. Imagine that you paralyze that way. Not in a march, but with their own vehicles, at tolls, without moving forward and starting to honk, something like that. But the carrier, with its transportation, should be stopped at the tolls and cause the chaos of history, ”Moyano pointed out at the meeting.
These statements caused outrage in several parliamentarians. Juan Burgos, from Avanza País, showed his disapproval. “You cannot support violent acts that are going to attack the State, such as the destruction and blocking of roads,” he said.
Silvana Robles, from Free Peru, was tougher. “Martha Moyano, the applied Fujimontesinist operator, was caught fomenting criminal chaos in the name of the ‘protest’ of the transport mafias. The corrupt and fascist coup will not pass, ”Robles said in a tweet.
Anyway, it was striking that yesterday the ex-Fujimori legislator Karla Schaefer published a tweet with a video showing precisely an unusual traffic congestion. “Total anarchy. Vacancy now ”, he also wrote.
All this just when the judicial process against Keiko Fujimori enters a decisive stage.

Hit in progress
Coincidentally, after three-time presidential candidate Keiko Fujimori announced that his bench would support the presidential vacancy, and that the also former presidential candidate Rafael López Aliaga reported that violent groups such as The resistance, Los Combatientes and Los Insurgentes unleashed an escalation of attacks.
On Wednesday they first entered the home of the businessman and president of the Alliance for Progress, Cesar Acuna; then in that of former AP congressman Yonhy Lescano, and later in the Crisol bookstore, in San Isidro, during the presentation of the ex-legislator’s book of the Purple Party Daniel Olivares.
As for Acuña, the legislator of APP Eduardo Salhuana denounced violent harassment against the businessman and a former presidential candidate because he had allegedly declared that his party would not support the presidential vacancy. Given this, he demanded that the Public Ministry act before the notorious and successive aggressions of the ultra-rightist groups of Fujimori inspiration.

In this context, and given the public condemnation of the aggression, yesterday the Public Ministry reported that the head of the First Corporate Criminal Prosecutor’s Office of Santiago de Surco-Barranco, Óscar Quevedo Salaverry, will take over the case of the attack on Yonhy Lescano. With this incident, there are now three investigations of the ultra-right groups.
* The third provincial criminal office of the Second Criminal Corporate Prosecutor’s Office of Cercado de Lima, Breña and Rímac investigates the organization La Resistencia and others for the violence unleashed before the National Elections Jury (JNE).
* The third provincial criminal office of the First Criminal Corporate Prosecutor’s Office of Santiago de Surco-Barranco investigates the harassment that former president Francisco Sagasti received during the presentation of his testimonial book.

* And the second provincial criminal office of the First Criminal Corporate Prosecutor’s Office of San Isidro-Lince investigates La Resistencia, its leader Juan Munico Gonzales and others for harassment against the lawyer of the Legal Defense Institute (IDL) Carlos Rivera Paz. Nevertheless, The Public Ministry has not yet announced if any prosecutor’s office will undertake the investigation of the ex-military groups that have joined the mobilizations of harassment and intimidation, in support of the demand for the presidential vacancy.
As La República reported last Sunday, this type of group of exefectives from the Army, Air Force and Navy have increased in number, activity and aggressiveness. Among them are Arica No Se Rende, Zarumilla Fuerza Azul, Patriotas Legion of Peru, Angamos Brigade, Sons of Grau Patriotic Collective and the Pedro Ruiz Gallo Military Civic Legion.
Far-right groups such as La Resistencia and ex-military groups such as the Legion Patriots of Peru act in a very similar way, if not simultaneously. The leader of La Resistencia, Juan Muñico, warned that he would retaliate against the Hildebrandt magazine reporter in his thirteen hours Hernán Floríndez; and the leader of the Patriots Legion of Peru, Colonel EP (r) Luis Mendoza Willis, expressed himself in the same way to the detriment of the reporters of La República Abel Cárdenas and Piero Espíritu. In both cases, the threats came after journalists published reports on radical civilian and former military groups that violently support the presidential vacancy.

Unanimous rejection
The Peruvian Press Council (CPP) and the National Association of Journalists (ANP) expressed their rejection to the intimidation and harassment of the reporters who are investigating the violent far-right organizations linked to Fujimorism and asked the prosecutor of the Nation, Zoraida Avalos, and to the ministers of Justice, Hannibal Torres, and from the Interior, Avelino Guillén, who take action to stop the wave of threats that disrupt professional journalism.
Lawyers Julio Arbizu and Carlos Rivera recommended how the Public Ministry should investigate aggressive groups. “It would be much more convenient for the Prosecutor’s Office to accumulate investigations into the different criminal acts of this group, and undertake a single rigorous investigation on the modes of action in the group and of each of its members because they are behaviors that are repeated,” argued Arbizu .
“(The Prosecutor’s Office has) a very bad strategy. There are different cases against Francisco Sagasti, Avelino Guillén, the attacks on the head of the ONPE, the president of the JNE and now to Yonhy Lescano. What it shows me is that there is a systematic action that has been escalating with methods of violence, which is demonstrated in the case of Sagasti with the use of firecrackers, that had not happened. Not only do we now have an organized group, but they are deciding to take a violent path in terms of the attacks and that is why I consider that what best corresponds now is not that there are 7, 8 or 10 investigations in different prosecutor’s offices in Lima, but what It is for a provincial, not a district, prosecutor’s office to undertake this investigation and add up the set of facts, ”said Carlos Rivera.

Castillo invokes to put aside the “useless confrontation”
In an official activity in Castrovirreyna, Huancavelica, the president Pedro Castillo called for consensus and asked to support the return to the presence of the students.
“Let’s sit down to talk, Let’s stop the useless confrontation that does a lot of damage to the country, to our teachers and our children, from whom we are waiting for their presence. You learn in this best scenario, “he said.
In another time, Castle announced that it will begin to personally supervise the work of regional governors and mayors to see if they use the budget assigned to them correctly.
“I have made the decision to unexpectedly visit any town in the country to see if our mayors or governors are investing the money, if the works are being done,” he said.
