The official spoke in this way when lecturing on the figure of Arturo Jauretche, one of the most important representatives of national thought, at the headquarters of the General Syndicate of the Nation (Sigen), opening the cycle of cultural talks “Looks with History,” the control body reported today in a statement.
The cycle, jointly organized by Sigen and the Argentine Society of Writers (Sade), includes a series of meetings with the presence of special guests to analyze, through their points of view, the profile of various figures in history that shaped the different currents of national thought.
The Minister stated in his dissertation that Jauretche “with humility and virtue as a toolconfronted the arrogance of the cultural superstructure rescuing popular knowledge and opinions, while proposing a simple transmission but loaded with signifiers”.
