A delegation from the Republican Party is visiting Ukraine to express its support for the authorities of that country, which is at war with Russia.
He was his own president, Red Edwards, who reported that they are touring the most affected areas after the Russian invasion, such as the cities of kyiv, Irpin and Bucha. In turn, he pointed out that they held a meeting with the Vice Chancellor Emine Dzhaparovaparliamentarians and diplomats, since Monday, the day they arrived in the country.

“We are the first Latin Americans to come to try to defend what we consider the frontier of the defense of democracy and human rights throughout the world. The violation of human rights and war crimes, the bombing of schools, hospitals, residential homes , cultural centers that we have seen are unacceptable,” the senator said through a video.
Likewise, he specified that “Chile can and must do more, especially if we aspire to be part of the UN Human Rights Council this year. The mere condemnation of what is happening is not enough.”

For his part, the deputy Christian Araya, is another member of the entourage that is in the European country. “Chile cannot remain indifferent in the face of the invasion, war crimes, torture, homicides and massive rapes committed by the Russian army,” he assured.
“We must demonstrate with concrete facts our commitment to freedom, democracy and human rights. In Bucha, Irpin, Gostomil and Makariv a true genocide was committed. We directly saw the houses, buildings, schools, hospitals and churches destroyed by the Russians” , he concluded.
