They presented 30,000 signatures to save Parque Guasu

Senator Patrick Kemper and members of the citizen organization “Save the Guasu Park”, presented this Wednesday the 30,000 signatures collected through the Change.org platform, in order to achieve the sanction of the bill that declares the 125 protected areas. hectares that make up the green and recreational space of Asunción.

Senator Patrick Kemper stressed that on Tuesday the Chamber of Senators approved the project that declares Guasu Park a protected area and stressed that it is an initiative that citizens started 9 years ago.

“They have been fighting for 9 years so that this space belongs to all Paraguayans, it is a space for relaxation, recreation and health and it is protected,” said the legislator.
