The Departmental Health Service reported that the new positive cases of coronavirus detected this Wednesday were 120, an increase of 14 cases with respect to the report issued yesterday by the health authorities from the department of Santa Cruz.
The infections were diagnosed in 2,360 tests processed by the department’s different laboratories. In relation to the positivity rate, this is 5%.
The epidemiological report also accounts for 32 recovered patients and 25 people hospitalized in the different therapy rooms, of which 18 are attached to an automatic respirator.
Regarding mass vaccination, dAccording to the Headquarters, during this day 5,310 doses against the virus were placed.
