This Thursday, the Upper House will deal with 10 points on the Order of the Day (ODD). Among them stands out the bill “That incorporates the punishable act of hired assassins into the Penal Code.” It was presented by senators Fidel Zavala, Georgia Arrúa, Stephan Rasmussen, Fernando Silva Facetti, Enrique Bacchetta, Eusebio Ramón Ayala, Enrique Riera and Jorge Querey.
The ordinary session is scheduled for this Thursday, May 26, starting at 9 in the morning.
The bill known as the “revolving door”, and also the one that seeks to standardize banking secrecy, will be two other important issues to be discussed.
