Ronaldinho, about to go back to jail: "Either pay or pay …"

Ronaldinho podría volver a la cárcel: "O paga o paga..."

Ronaldinho would have new problems with the law and would be close to going back to prison. As reported by the Brazilian media Northeast Newspaper and Extra, the former Brazilian player has been cited by the Brazilian justice, who claims the pending payment of the pension from his ex-wife Priscilla Coelho.

The Rio de Janeiro Court would have tried to contact him on November 11 with no luck, and would have set December 11 as the deadline to pay the amount to Priscilla Coelho, with whom he had a six-year relationship. The amount claimed would be around 100,000 Brazilian reais per month and in case of not contributing this amount, he could be processed again and taken to jail.

Bruno Medrado, lawyer for his ex-partner, gave details in Extra of the judicial process and warned Ronaldinho: “In this case, the execution process that we have already started to receive the amount, already defined in the process that will judge the stable union, of this provisional pension, does not fit into this discussion. If you want to reverse the decision, you have to go to the main process, which was what awarded you this provisional alimony. Now it is pay or pay “.

It should be remembered that Ronaldinho already spent a month in jail last March 2020 for forgery of passport when entering Paraguay. After that, paid the $ 1,600,000 bond to finish serving the sentence under house arrest for another five months in a hotel in Asunción. In total, the former Barcelona, PSG, Milan, Flamengo or Gremio remained in prison with his brother 171 days.
