President Nicolás Maduro inspected the operation of the operations room of the presidential command post, a site where they are already working on the 1×10 system of government, to “go to the effective, efficient and direct solution of the main issues of the life of our people”.
The Ven App social network and the Patria system platform are available for capturing complaints, where citizens can register their 1×10 in the next 60 days, until July 20, to report any issue of public services and citizens. , and connect with the Bolivarian Government for its solution, especially in three priority areas: water, health and education.
He explained that this registry will allow the generation of reports, complaints, alerts and concrete proposals from the communities.
The 1×10 system represents an interconnected government in real time, since “with your complaints we resolve. Together, everything is possible!”, highlighted the president.
“It is the construction of a new system of technological and human connection to attend to the real problems of the people, to prioritize the problems and that the people have answers and solutions in real time to the problems of public service and of the communities”, he indicated.
He said that the objective is “to restore the fundamental rights that have been lacerated by the illegal imperialist sanctions, as well as to rescue the social welfare state of the Venezuelan people.”
The Head of State explained that on the first day of operation “50% of the more than 30,000 cases that have been reported have been resolved.”
The first case received was in the state of Lara, related to a water pipe. The entities in charge were notified in this regard: Governor of Lara, Ministry of Waters, Hidrolara and the mayor of the town.
The presidential command post will be connected directly with the town and with the civic-military-police post 24 hours a day.
The command posts that will operate at the national, state and regional levels will be the way to “go to solve problems and, in case there are issues that cannot be resolved immediately, give people an answer.”
The method is about a new way of governing, which has a plan of six strategic lines that seek to guarantee efficient public services to citizens.
These include: advancing and consolidating the economic recovery; guarantee the social protection of the people; and ensure the right to the environment, city and public services, promote the participation of popular power for good governance; defend sovereignty, integrity and national peace in the new global geopolitics; and consolidate a new citizen security justice system. he
