President Nicholas Maduro Moors, announced that the innovative 1×10 System of Good Governance, which will have two technological platforms to connect the people: the Patria system and the VenApp Social Network, and the latter will be the Venezuelan social network through which any neighbor will be able to channel their public service complaints for their solution.
“Today the Social Network of the VenApp application for the Venezuelan people and youth is born for the world. And this app is going to have something called Line 58, which can be used by any citizen, neighbor and neighbor”, said the National President, during the launch of the 1×10 System.
From El Poliedro de Caracas, the Head of State explained that Line 58 of the VenApp is part of the fifth rung of the Good Government technological system, which has an independent structure from the Homeland System and does not require the 1×10 community registry. .
Any citizen registered in VenApp can go to Line 58 and make a personal complaint about deficiencies in the water service, electricity, deficiencies or problems in hospitals, outpatient clinics, holes in the streets, damaged traffic lights and any requirement of public services or problems of community.

“For the VenApp application and Line 58, which today was born as the creation of a group of Venezuelan private entrepreneurs. This social network belongs to private entrepreneurs, the Venezuelan youth who created it for Venezuela and the world,” said the President, presenting a video that explains how Line 58 works.
In the VenApp application, the interested person previously registered in the app can create a report on the event reported, attach documents or photos and send the form, which can be downloaded in PDF for your files. The complaint will be processed for its solution in the short or medium term.
“Fifth step: the VenApp Social Network comes into operation, with Line 58 for public reporting of all the problems in your community,” President Maduro said.
