For her part, the executive vice president, Delcy Rodríguez, assured that the 1×10 System of Good Government puts the highest technology at the service of the people.

Maduro explained that “the doctrine that governs this entire new stage of change that we open together with the people is the doctrine of the 3R.Net: resistance, national rebirth and revolutionizing and changing everything, directing it towards 2030.”
The 1×10 of Good Governance is one of the strategic lines of the year 2022, whose definition is based on the 3R.Nets as a mechanism to guarantee direct connection with the denunciation and proposals of the people through technological means.

The President of the Republic announced that three priority lines of action are located on the fourth step of the strategic plan, which will be developed in the next 60 days of government:
