The end of May brings warnings about important issues for all Brazilians: encouraging adoption, preserving biodiversity and fighting a disease that is the main cause of irreversible blindness: glaucoma. National Adoption Day is celebrated on May 25th. On the 28th, the International Day of Struggle for Women’s Health draws attention to the fight against the diseases that most affect the female audience. On the same day, the National Day of Struggle for the Reduction of Maternal Mortality highlights the importance of prenatal care and postpartum care for the health of the mother and baby.
