The Congress Oversight Commission summoned for this Wednesday, May 25, the former Minister of Transport and Communications, Juan Silva, who was accused by the effective collaborator karelim lopez to integrate a criminal network that distributed public works and contracts.
López told that commission that Silva was President Pedro Castillo’s operator at the MTC and that he directed projects in coordination with the president’s nephews, Fray Vásquez and Gian Marco Castillo, and businessman Zamir Villaverde.
In addition to this, the former minister and friend of Castillo will have to answer for the hiring of relatives of the head of state, such as the appointment of Flor Gómez Olano in the direction of Human Talent of the ministry revealed by Peru21.
