The Presidential Commission for Neighborhood Development Support (Cpadbrd) refuses to abide by Superior Administrative Court ruling no. 030-1643-2022-SSEN-0019, through which a judge ordered the reinstatement, payment of pending wages and compensation for damages for all the illegality committed, in favor of Jennifer Campiswho was canceled from the institution in a state of pregnancy and being a member of the Public Ethics Commission.
This was reported by Campis, adding that it also has the support of the First Lady of the Republic, Raquel Arbaje, who, through a letter, requested the current head of the entity, Rolfi Rojas, its integration.
According to Campis, when it was cancelled, in 2019, being in a state of pregnancywas left without health insurance and without the enjoyment of their corresponding employment benefits.
The young woman also reported that, in search of justice, she went to the Ministry of Public Administration (MAP), obtaining as a result that the cancellation and the request for its replacement be declared illegal.

Likewise, the General Directorate of Government Ethics (Digeig) issued a joint resolution and argued that they could not cancel Jenniffer Campis due to her status as a Member of the Public Ethics Commission.
«But the Neighborhood Commission refused all this, despite the multiple tests and documents. We don’t know what else to do anymore,” Campis emphasized.
During her years of service in the public sector, Campis stood out as an exemplary employee, earning awards and certifications for the institution, and standing out as employee of the year.
