The meeting was held in the presidential office of Casa Rosada, official sources reported.
During the meeting, the president was informed about the progress and preparations for the operation that, after its postponement due to the pandemic, will take place this Wednesday, the day that was declared a national holiday so that people can stay in their homes while waiting for the census takers. .
The census, of which A total of 650,000 census takers will participate, it will start at 8 a.m. throughout the country and will last until 6 p.m.
The Ministry of Transport made the free pass official in public transport in buses and trains for all ppeople “duly identified as census takers” in the framework of the 2022 Census.
In this edition, and for the first time, the possibility of responding to the face-to-face survey or previously completing the digital form and delivering the receipt to the census takers during the face-to-face day was implemented.
In order to carry out the 2022 Census, the document number and date of birth are needed. It is necessary to deliver the National Identity Document that is used only to generate the housing code. And the age is to validate that the person is over 14 years old.
