More than 100 million dollars in real estate transactions are projected to generate this year in its twelfth edition, the ACOBIR Real Estate Expo; This was announced by the president of this fair Francisco Cheng, assuring that they do not rule out exceeding this figure.
This year the ACOBIR Expo will be held from June 30 to July 3 at the Panama Convention Center and the most important developers, banks and real estate agents will meet there, who will offer a wide portfolio of apartment projects, houses, offices and commercial premises.
Cheng recalled that in 2021 more than 134 million dollars were achieved in bank approvals and more than 86 thousand visits to the digital platform.
He assured that thanks to technology and innovation, a virtual showcase has been achieved in which they hope to have the presence of investors from countries such as Argentina, Peru, Chile, the United States, Spain, Ireland, the Kingdom of the Netherlands and even from Asia, who wish to acquire a property in the country.
The offer of the fair will be made up of more than 80 promoters who will offer nearly 250 residential and commercial projects of different price ranges, including high-cost, located in the metropolitan area, East, North and West, for all budgets and that They include rural projects on the beach and in the interior of the country.
