The lawyer Andrés Casati, legal representative of Hugo Javier González, in an interview with Radio 1000, explained that the presentation of a legal action against the decision of the Departmental Board by which it was decided to remove his client from office had not yet been analyzed.
“We still do not have a resolution, at least notified,” he said, while ratifying his position that the entire process filed against González is nothing more than a media show.
He also made it clear that Hugo Javier is still governor of Central since, in his opinion, he was removed by a body that does not have the power to adopt such a resolution.
“I do not know what we are talking about, there is no resolution, they are not empowered to do so, and they are going to have to be held accountable, because I understand that they are carrying out administrative acts, even improper ones,” he said.
