After his disqualification became official to exercise any type of public function for five years, Martin Vizcarra once again he is in the eye of the storm due to a revelation in the Sunday Panorama showing a secret meeting organized by the former head of state during his stay in Cusco, hiding information from the Judicial Power (PJ).
